Training LOCATION

In-person performance training sessions are based in Bluffton, South Carolina, primarily at Buckwalter Recreation Center, with additional training locations available throughout Bluffton and the surrounding Lowcountry by request and prior arrangement.

Client Bonus: Saturday Beach Workouts Included

All active in-person training clients receive complimentary access to Coach Hathaway’s Saturday Beach Workouts at Coligny Beach on Hilton Head Island.

These high-energy group sessions focus on speed, agility, conditioning, movement, and athletic performance, giving clients an additional opportunity to train, stay accountable, and continue building momentum outside of regular sessions.
